 Spin Wild! Several times a year Jonathan makes a herd of "Moosie™" spindles. These include a custom shaft, and are made with the highest attention to detail.

Our Moosies™ have a 1.5-2" whorl (depending on the size of the antler piece Jonathan is working with), set on your choice of a 7 1/2" Mini-length or 9" Midi-length hand-turned shaft. Weights vary by size and density, averaging .88-1.35 oz. Details about each herd are provided after they are turned and polished.

A Moosie™ is $165 plus Priority Mail/Tracking (USPS 1st Class International for long-distance Moosies™). The end of our current waiting list is targeted for delivery in Spring 2013 (confirmation numbers starting TT-#); we do our best to keep on-track!

Shipping costs will be added on our end. We ship around the world — please ask about delivery to your corner of the fiber universe. USPS increased rates January 27, 2013. Shipping increases to our customers reflect increased cost to us. Domestic USPS Priority Mail shipping with tracking for a 1-pound package is $5.55-7.00; insurance at your request and cost. Packages at 12 oz or less may be sent by USPS 1st Class mail, no insurance, no tracking for about $4.00.
International packages sent by USPS 1st Class International: $8.75 to Canada for a 12 oz package; $13.90 to Europe, Asia and Australia. Charkhas & Journey Wheels sent by USPS Priority or Express Mail/insured depending on availability by country. A shipping estimate is always included with confirmation of your order.
